US Warranty markets and sells vehicle service contracts (also referred to on this Site as extended auto warranties or vehicle protection plans). A vehicle service contract is not an insurance policy. It is a separate contract that covers the repair or replacement of specific vehicle components after mechanical or electrical failure, subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, deductibles, and waiting periods described in your individual contract.

Information on this Site, including plan tier descriptions and benefit summaries, is provided for general informational purposes and does not itself constitute a binding offer of coverage. Actual coverage, pricing, terms, and eligibility are determined by your individual vehicle service contract, which is underwritten and administered by a licensed, regulated program administrator, and will be provided to you in writing before you are required to pay.
