How it works

From quote to covered repair, here's exactly what happens.

No confusing process, no hidden steps. Here's the full path from getting a quote to having a repair bill paid on your behalf.

1

Get matched with a plan

Share your vehicle's year, make, model, and mileage. We'll recommend the coverage tier that makes sense for your car and driving habits, and send a personalized quote — no obligation.

2

Review your contract & activate

You'll receive your vehicle service contract in writing before you pay anything. Once you accept, your plan is activated and you'll receive your claims line number and ID.

3

A short waiting period applies

Like most vehicle protection plans, there's a brief waiting/inspection period after activation before claims can be filed. This protects against pre-existing conditions and keeps rates fair for every driver.

4

Drive normally

Keep up with your vehicle's manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedule. That's it — no inspections, no check-ins, no monitoring devices.

5

Something breaks? Call before repairs begin

Call our claims line first. We'll verify coverage and authorize the repair so there's no confusion at the shop counter.

6

Take it to any licensed repair facility

Use your regular mechanic, a dealership, or any licensed repair facility in the country. You are never required to use a specific shop.

7

We pay the shop directly

Once the repair is approved, we settle the covered amount directly with the repair facility. You're only responsible for your plan's deductible — no reimbursement paperwork to chase.

Filing a claim

What you'll want on hand when you call.

Having these ready speeds up authorization and gets your vehicle back on the road faster.

  • Your contract or plan ID number
  • Current mileage and a description of the issue
  • The repair facility's name and phone number
  • Maintenance records, if requested
